Fresco 4.3.0 was the last version that I could get lunched, is it not time fore thechnichans on Adobe to fix it befor they ad any more funktions to Fresco, or is this program sponcerd by Apple to make it so it nort work on Windows?

I agree completely with this. I've seen many posts about the same issue across multiple versions. Definitely an issue with the app compatibility. I kept it on V4.3 for ages hoping that one of the updates would fix the issue.
Have you tried any of the suggested solutions?
Though I don't think we should all be having to create new windows accounts etc. It might be worth trying things like that out, so you can gain access to the app again.

I used Fresco briefly on the Wacom Mobile Studio...I was never so glad to go back to my iPad Pro, so many drivers I had to update to get all the features in Fresco to work properly and even then, Live brushes were still really limited

That is not a sulutions how not have iPad Pro or maybe Adobe will sponsoring user's how use Fresco on Windows with a iPadPro

I have try everting tha the support have suggested, and support have try to solve the problem on my computer abut 4 hour total, and they haven't susccess, any more that me self. That lates was to downgrade to Fresco 4.0.0 that is the lates yo can download and install on your computer. So big varning to all how use Fresco on Windows that working DO NOT UPDATE to the lates version you will end with Fresco version 4.0.0 and that version I have Install every day because CC-App will install the now version over that version even I have auto uppdate disabled.
That I can see that ADOBE have to release Fresco 4.3,0 to be downloade abel verion to you computer and put all new version to beta versions to all the bugs is solved.
