it crashes

when I try to open a file on local disk or cloud, it crashs. window just disappears when loading is finished on cloud document,  or  loading forever when I trying open local file. I tried log-out, log-out and log-in again, windows log in as administrator account, open as administrator, format because I thought maybe window 11 is problem so windows 10 may work, update drivers, uninstall and reinstall again using adobe cleaner,  and things but it does not work.

 

I tried to attached log file but it does not support zxp file. let me know how if you know it
