Keyboard shortcuts do not work, Windows PC with drawing tablet

None of the keyboard shortcuts for Adobe Fresco seem to work.

I am using a windows PC with a drawing tablet (XP-Pen) attached to it.

I think its likely because it assumes i have a tablet with touch and can use gestures, however my tablet only works with the pen and not with touch. Any way to fix this

Hello @Jolien3493436239gk,

Would you mind checking if the problem persists if the tablet is disconnected from your computer? Also, try running Fresco under Safe Mode (Windows) and share your observations.

If the problem persists, kindly confirm the OS/Fresco and the tablet model/ driver version so I can better assist you.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Anubhav,

There is no problem with the tablet, the drawing and everything works fine. It is just that the shortcuts with the keyboard do not work. I tried running it on safe mode and that did not help.

Hello @Jolien3493436239gk

I think this will be helps you..!

If that is the case, let's try to refresh the USB root hub drivers on your computer. Here's how:
1) Press Windows key + X
2) Open Device Manager
3) Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers
4) Uninstall every instance of USB root hub. Once done, reboot your computer to allow windows to reload the drivers when you boot back.
