Keyboard Shortcuts Options + Other

Hi, 

For PC users, I think it'd be handy to have shortcut options/mapping .

E.g.

1. To have 'esc' button for all cancel actions, and 'enter' key for done.
2. Ctrl+A for "select all"
3. A shortcut for brush opacity changes. (Much like the brackets for brush size)
4. A Symmetry tool.
