Hi,
I'm making an illustration of a fox Fresco for IPAD.
I need to change the hue of one grouping of layers ( the fur and shadows on fur).
I hit the group of layers I want changed and click on the appearances box. then "clip" , then " hue/saturation". I make my hue changes and it works.
Then I save it.
I reopen it an hour later and all saved changes are there EXCEPT the hue/saturation changes. Very frustrating. I have good wifi. Sometimes it saves correctly and sometimes it doesnt. Once it does not save correctly it permanently stops saving correctly. Anyone out there have a solution
?
Thanks,
Tom

I have just followed your process and tested the hue/saturation, it seemed to save for me. Granted my impatience meant I didn't wait for an hour though. The clipping adjustment also transfered from the iPad where I created across to the Desktop version.
Have you checked you have current version of app? Do you have access to a desktop version? Does it show up correctly on the different device?
Since it's not an issue I can reproduce, if you have the current version of the app and have tried the usual approaches to fix this problem I'd suggest going through the app to contact the developers, in case there's a bug in your app. Go to App Settings > Help > Report a Bug, this will open an email with your device details. You can then explain what's happening and see if they can assist or if it is a bug which needs fixing.

Thank you. It's fixed for now. I updated my photoshop ( fresco update was not available) I restarted everything ( ipad and computer and programs) I also made a copy of group layers then flattened the original layer groups ( fur color and shadows). Then I applied the clip adjustment layer. It has saved properly for 24 hrs. I will try and add a clip adjustment layer to a group of layers and see if that was the problem. On a little bit of a deadline but I at least think it works on a single layer but maybe not a group of layers?.( I think it always works on the entire images(all layers)

Nope. It just reverted back to pre hue saturation adjustment.I have synced the file PS on desktop and that also doesn't save the hue saturation layer properly. I think it is a bug in the auto save /sync. Please offer a way to disable auto sync. It is unrealistic way to illustrate multiple images . please call me . This is exhausting.

I think the problem is I duplicated an image. ( I'm making 3 playing cards all the same size) . Then CC gets confused and keeps autosaving them and altering them? I'm religiously changing the names after making hue changes now and praying it works. I'm not gonna lie, I do not understand cretive cloud. I dont like that you can't make a copy of a file in PS and save it CC. ( you must save it to desktop?) . I have files in so many various places it hurts. I think you could do better honestly.

I'm just a community member, not someone who will call you or who can 'do better'. I just checked my file and it has held the hue settings.
You're mentioning PS in your replies. I thought we were talking about Fresco in the Fresco discussion forum.
Have you opened a psd in Fresco? I wonder if this is where the problem lies? I created a file in Fresco and it held the hue adjustments.
If your problem continues I would again recommend the above solution sending a message to bug reports.

Gotcha. Adobe community professional under your name confused me. My apologies. I'm talking about Fresco for iPad . ( but obviously you can open it is PS. ) I reported the bug. Hopefully it gets fixed. Thank you for your time. It is much appreciated. My work arround is to constantly save each time with a different name( v.1, v.2,v.3. ) . That seems to fix it. Have a nice holiday.

Well It happened again. It has to do with saving on CC. I do get this message when I save on CC.
This document contains nested layer groups that may change in appearance if opened in applications older than Photoshop CS6.
I can only save it properly by exporting a PSD from fresco for IPAD through CC and then saving to my macbook hardrive ( I change the version number for good measure). I hope this helps anyone out there. I only had 2 hue/ saturation clip changes so it was easy to fix. I look forward to one day using tons of hue changes.

Adobe Community Professionals are people in the forums who have helped enough others to earn the status. Not necessarily employees of Adobe. Who are tagged with Adobe Employee and have the logo on their profile picture.
There are definitely some incompatibilities between Fresco and Photoshop, some PS files can't be opened in Fresco due to the effects within them. Glad you found a work around for now, hopefully the report you've given will help to have the issue resolved in future updates.

Hi @Mighty 1,
We are sorry for the trouble. Would you mind sharing a screen recording demonstrating the issue? Also, please share a link to a sample document, and I will forward it to the product team for further investigation.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks,
