Live Brushes not supported

I downloaded Adobe Fresco for the sole purpose of using Live Brushes for my projects but as soon as I click on the live brush button, a notification pops up that says "Live brushes not supported on this device." I use a Surface Pro 4. I have seen community replies that say Adobe is working on bringing live brush support to all the devices but that was in 2019. It is 2021 now and still no remedy. When will I be able to use Live brushes on my surface pro 4?

Have a look at the System Requirements, to ensure there's nothing you need to (or can) update or upgrade to make your system compatible.

The majority of people who respond in the forum are users ourselves and we can't answer things like 'when' will Adobe do something.
