New layer created when touching screen on drawing

Every time I tap on the screen a new layer is created. Anyone know why this is happening?

Have you checked the input settings in Fresco and made sure you didn't have something set to do that?

Just tried that, thanks but can't see anything. It doesn't happen when I open a new document just on a particular one i've been working on.
