Used Fresco yesterday - all good - today all documents available but all favourite brushes disappeared then later today no documents available at all - still available in other apps . What's happening??!!

Hi All,

 

We apologize for the delay in reply to your query.

The Document Cloud team is aware of the issue and has been working on the resolution. There was an intermittent issue going on with the Document Cloud website while accessing the services. Which has affected few users and impacted their document cloud services (Exporting, Creating and Combing). You can read (well, but still no solution) in the post "Document Cloud down?"

Seems that all the document that was saved during cloud breakdown are unavailable outside local (ipad). To gain access you have to open it in PS and send again to cloud deleting duplicates. Documents saved after noon are ok. Or maybe there is other solotion
