NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD MY WORK FROM CREATIVE CLOUD

Hello everybody!

I am an Illustrator using mainly Fresco on Ipad. From one day to another I was not able to see all my works from the recent work in the home of the app, before all my works were there and the day after only 3 works were "available" and the other 20 were not. So I went in the documents cloud and all the other works were listed there but Offline. Ok, I click on them in order to open them but the window of Loading opens and stays there forever. I thought maybe was an issue of internet, so I opened the cloud on my mac and connect with ethernet for a better connection but I cannot download the work anyway. So I went for a faster connection in an office and try both from ipad through wifi and from my mac. The result is that I cannot open nor save as psd nor let them available offline. The help center suggested me to unistall Fresco and re Insatll it but the result was that all my brush set saved as prefer was gone...

What else can I do for having back the works??? I mean, they are all in the cloud but there is no way to download them. Since then I save all my works as psd on an external Cloud, but what about the one I have saved on the creative cloud and I cannot open anymore?
