There are no guarantees but you can attempt to download an older version of the app. To do this you will need access to a newer idevice running the latest ios that is signed into the same Apple ID as the Air 2. Alternatively, you can download and install itunes 12.6 which is the last version that has the app store on a computer running Windows. Once you have aceess to the app store on a newer idevice or cmputer you will open up the app store and search for the Adobe Fresco app and click the get or purchase button and wait for the app to start downloading on that device. Then open the app store back up on the ipad air 2 and search for the Adobe Fresco app again. Click the button to download the app and now if an older version is avaialble you will get a popup asking if you would like to downlod the last compatible version. This can actually be done with other apps too such as Netflix and Disney+
