I have Fresco on an iPad Pro #rd gen (11 inch).

The opaciy slider stays at 100%.  It doesn't move when I touch the circel and try to slide it.

Is there something I am missing here?

Hi there,

Sorry about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

  • The exact version of iPadOS & Fresco
  • Is this happening in a specific document or a layer?
  • A small recording video demonstrating the issue would be really helpful.
  • Does restarting or reinstalling the app help resolve the issue?

We are here to help. We just need more information.

Thanks & Regards,

Anshul Saini

iPad Pro 3rd gen / iPadOS 15.1

Fresco 3.0.1

Deleting and reinstalling app did not help.  Rebooting iPad did not help

This problem occurs sometimes and not others.  This leads me to think I am doing something that causes it,

but I haven't determined what it is.

I check the "Lock Transparency" and it says "Lock" which means it is unlocked.

When it happens, I try lock/unlock, but it does not help.

Sometimes when layer is in lock mode I can change transparency.

How do I capture a video?

Thanks

Thanks for sharing the information. You can record the screen on iPad by following steps shared in the help article (https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT207935). As this issue is hard to replicate, I would suggest you always record your iPad screen while working on Fresco so when next time this issue happens, we can follow your workflow to replicate it at our end. It will help us understand the issue, and we will be able to assist you accordingly.
