Problem with Brush (Weird line when drawing down)

Earlier my pc randomly crashed using fresco. It hasn't happened before but when I opened it, if I am to draw down there are weird lines in the stroke. Same with erasing.

Are you using a tablet like a Wacom or XP pen with your PC? Or is it a Surface? Just wondering if it's some wackiness with the driver
