Problems with cuves and circles

Guys, i need help.

I"m using a Huin Kamvas 16, and only in fresco my curved lines and circles start with a straight line and have a huge delay if a draw fast.

The drivers and the fresco are up to date. In photoshop and another drawing programs works fine.
Did enyone had the same problem? I heally need help...

I also have many problems with fresco at the moment. Like the export of animation. Just not working at all and the program is colapsing all the time.
