"Account does not have required access to sync storage" Fresco NOT opening

I need help from Adobe on my specific issue ASAP. I'm a student and my Fresco/Creative Cloud sync is not working. It says "No storage information available" "contact IT administrator for details", but my classmates have no such issue?!

Did your teacher check that the IT department created you an account properly?

As you can get into the app I'd suggest contacting the developers directly go to App settings > Help > Report a bug and see if they can help talk you through accessing your storage. If you can't get to the Report a bug area send an email directly (frescohelp at adobe dot com)
