"Account does not have required access to sync storage" Fresco NOT opening

I need help from Adobe on my specific issue ASAP. I'm a student and my Fresco/Creative Cloud sync is not working. It says "No storage information available" "contact IT administrator for details", but my classmates have no such issue?!
