Unstable Fresco - losing hours of work

After 3 hours I closed the ipad cover and went to make coffee. On return found the portrait mode has changed to landscape. This happens annoyingly routinely, so I exited and re-opened. All the layers are blank. Closed and reopened - nothing recovered.

Went to cloud and took an older version that looked ok on thumbscale but all the layers are blank.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing a link to the file you're having trouble with (https://adobe.ly/3RLf31s) and the crash report so that we can investigate this further:

• Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “JetSam-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash by looking at the timestamp.
• Upload the file to (https://adobe.ly/3VZeUtv) and share a link to the file here or via DM.

Note: While sharing, please change the link to Public and enable the option to Save a Copy under Link Settings.
