Unwanted Lines/Artifact appear when viewing a Fresco file on Illustrator

Hi!
When I send vector illustrations to Illustrator, I get a bunch of thin lines on my illustrations, like previous lines that were not erased accurately enough. 
They're invisible on Fresco, but very visible on Illustrator and take forever to clean up.
Is there an easy way to clean those lines or prevent them in the first place?

The next release of Fresco (v2.7) will have a fix that removes the visible leftover vector paths that occur after using Fresco's Vector Trim function.

 

Are  these lines the result of using that feature?

Hi Anshul, thank you.
The Fresco is on iPad Pro, iPadOS 14.6
Illustrator is the most current version, on Windows 10.

This happens with almost every file. It's like there are little leftovers from a lot of lines that I deleted.

Thank you for sharing the information Ayelet. Would you please try toggling GPU Performance under Preferences (ctrl+k) > Performance > uncheck GPU Performance & let me know if it changes the outcome?

Hey sue, I'm on fresco in 2024. Running fresco 4.3.0 and the problem still persists. If I'm having the same issue wich it sounds like i do the issue is the following 

 

when drawing in fresco I will go to erase vector line work. The line work will completely erase in fresco and the pathway will be removed. It'll be completely transparent and there is no way to view what's been erased (no layer setting anything) this is what I want to have happen. The issue arises when you export a purely vector file with no rasters what's so ever all vector to illustrator. Illustrator will create pathways for all the eraser marks. This then requires further processing in illustrator to go through once again and delete these paths. The issue is incredibly frustrating for a few reasons. One when I want a vector line deleted in fresco I want just that the line to be deleted never to appear again I want to "erase" it. The issue compounds because even tho fresco has no direct control over the "invisible eraser path" it's clearly retaining this in the file. This expentinally grows the size of the file in fresco and slows down performance. This is an issue many people have had since fresco came out. The solution seems very simple. When you use the vector eraser tool in fresco it should do just the completely delete remove dissipate get rid of any and all previously established vector pathways that are being contacted by the eraser. Now if I'm making an error I would love to know because this issue has now started to manifest itself now that I have to to further processing in illustrator. 

im running a I pad pro 12.9" model with an M2 processor with the most updated iOS 17.3.1 and fresco 4.3.0 

 

please I beg you please fix this issue it's crippling my work flow
