Why can't I change where the program is displaying on my monitors?

Ive looked through the settings and I had no way of moving the window so it was showing on another monitor. Is this program fixed in one location where it openings?

The app should definitely be moveable. Are you not seeing the bar at the top with the minimize/maximize/ close options on the far right? Also are you using Win10 or 11 as there seems to be a few issues with those using Win 11.
