Why isn't Fresco included in the Photographers Plan?

I noticed that Fresco premium is included in the single Photoshop app plan. I subscribe montly to the Phototgraphers Plan which includes both PS and Lightroom. Anyone know why then Fresco wouldn't be included in that as well?

Fresco is a drawing app, I would suspect there seems to be little reason for a Photographer to need a drawing app.
With a plan which includes Photoshop and Lightroom that should be all a Photographer needs.
