From enhanced brush tools to version history to improved sharing, the Adobe MAX update for Fresco is packed with amazing features that help you go above and beyond your current usage and workflows.
These are some of the exciting features available for your use in the latest update:
Text support in Fresco: This feature allows you to easily add and edit text layers. If you are on a free plan, you can use the fonts on your system, or what is offered for free through Adobe Fonts. For detailed info, please see Add fonts to your artwork in Fresco.
Smudge Brushes: The new category of brushes allow for smooth and controlled blending of colors and shading in the artwork. See Smudge Brush to explore the rich experience here.
Share for Review: Artists and reviewers can now collaborate seamlessly by providing feedback on the same Fresco document. This way, artists and designers can keep working in Fresco while also viewing feedback. See Commenting on Cloud docs for more information.
Send to Illustrator on desktop: This most awaited feature is now available in Fresco. You can now send artwork to Illustrator directly. When you click “Send to Illustrator” under the Share menu, the packaged file that is automatically created and saved to Creative Cloud which will open in Illustrator on your computer.
Pressure sensitivity adjustment: You can now create your own specific pressure sensitivity curve using App settings>Input>Adjust pressure sensitivity.
Import Adobe Capture Ribbon Brushes: Tap Pixel brushes and scroll down to your library brushes to open and use your saved brushes from Adobe Capture.
Kyle Webster’s brush sets: New brushes from celebrated brush maker Kyle T. Webster for MAX 2020 are now exclusively available to all CC members. This evolving list of brushes empowers artists and illustrators around the world to create rich digital experiences. These brushes can be imported directly into Fresco by clicking the + option under Pixel brushes.
Version history: Helps you restore previous versions of a document in case an earlier version is needed.

Open your Fresco drawings into Photoshop on iPad to make finer edits. The artwork that you create in Fresco or on Photoshop for iPad is automatically saved to the cloud allowing you to seamlessly work with your creations in both these applications.
