Can not install Fresco Error C302

I tried to install Adobe Frecso on my surface pro 4,And I get to an error called C302.

There isn't any additional information,how can i fix it?

Kindly try the installation after restarting your system once. In case you still encounter the issue request you to share the logs from your system by following these steps:

Reboot didn't solve the problem

I use logcollector and a file named AdobeLogs_20200104_085410_831-win.zip has been uploaded.

Hello Zxilly,

 

Thanks for providing the logs. The logs didn't show that Fresco installation was triggered from CCD. The logs had data from 3rd January only. Kindly try Fresco installation and then collect logs and provde the file details for us to debug.

In fact,when i try to install Fresco now.I double click the installation pack and the Adobe CC Desktop open with no action continued.I didn't find the Fresco in the Adobe CC Desktop either.

I reset my Surface Pro 4 and it still didn't work.
