Can't close Fresco on my Windows

It won't close no matter how many times i press the X button. Any tips?

Have you tried Ctrl + Alt + Delete then choose Task Manager, then highlight Fresco and End task?

I have the same problem. I have force quit the app in Task Manager to close it.
