Fresco error when downloading documents and asks to be restarted on Dell XPS 13 2 in 1

Hello, I downloaded Fresco, used it for a couple of weeks but now when I open the application it attempts to "load documents" and then an error comes up that says "An error has occurred, please restart Fresco to continue", hitting "ok" results in a loop of this process. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I made sure my computer was completely updatred and restarted, all to no avail. The 1-800 number does not provide support for Fresco and the online support chat is so backed up I sat online for 2 hours while doing other work with no response. 

Anyone know how to fix this?
