Fresco instantly closes on launch

I just bought a Wacom tablet and I was excited to try out fresco. I've spent like 4 hours with adobe support and they controlled my computer, and after all of it, they said that my system was incompatible due to my i3 despite the fact that adobe says my system is compatible. I have reinstalled my graphic drivers, but I realized that the app actually has no file location on my computer. I definitely think that this has something to do with it.
