"Your developer license has expired." for Fresco

I'm trying to open Fresco from my CC Desktop app and I get the following message:

"Your developer license has expired. To continue to use this app, please renew your license."

Fresco worked OK the other day but today I'm unable to open the app. Please note that I have a full membership and other apps (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) are opening as expected.

Hi.

I don't know a lot about this issue but it seems to crop up with some frequency for Adobe XD in this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/issue-opening-adobe-xd-your-developer-license-has-expired-to...

The solution there is to enable the side loading of application (described in the screenshot):

There is also an Adobe Help document on the topic at: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/exit-code-506-creative-cloud.html

Please let me know if this doesn't resolve the problem so I can ask one of Fresco's engineers for advice.

Sue.
