I have a work Adobe account and a personal Adobe account. I accidentally created a Fresco drawing on my work account and I need to move it to my personal account so that I can access it on my personal device.

How can I do that? I have tried everything. I need to keep the layers.

Hi Cynthia.

It's easy to share drawings between accounts but there are a few steps involved so I'll walk you through them:

* Sign in to Fresco using the credentials for your WORK account

* Go to the Cloud Documents screen and tap on the ellipses icon (...) under the drawing you want to move

* From the pop-up menu choose Share Link (make sure the toggle for "Allow save to Creative Cloud" is ON) and copy the link that's in that window.

* Open that link in a browser (making sure to sign in with your PERSONAL account) and tap on the Copy to Your Work button. As soon as it shows up in Cloud Documents it will sync down to your device as soon as you sign in to Fresco with those credentials.

Let me know if you have any trouble.

Sue.
