Straight Edge Tool Missing

I'm on Fresco version 1.2 (on Windows) and thought that the straight edge tool had been released. However, I don't see it in the lower right/left of the app. Is my Fresco bugged or has the feature not yet released?

I haven't got this either, not sure why we don't have it yet

We have enabled this tool in latest Windows release (1.3) available from Creative Cloud. Kindly try and let us know your feedback.
