Stuck on "Loading Documents"

I have no documents in my Creative Cloud account yet a new install of Fresco crashes after the "Loading Documents" screen. I have uploaed my logs. There are no driver updates pending. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fresco. Any help? Here are my machine's details. Thanks!

When you say you have uploaded your logs, do you mean you have already forwarded details of your issue directly to Adobe?
I would think if you have checked and meet the System Requirements with an issue such as this your best option will be to send an email directly to the development team at frescohelp @ adobe . com
