The Pro Pencil "Button"

In my opinion Fresco should support switching between the last used brush, item, etc. if desired using the the "button" on the pencil like other apps. This has become the "expected behavior".  This is a behavior that I feel should be "selectable'.

This feature already exists. Please go into the app settings and select 'Input > Double Tap > Switch to Last Brush.'

where is that? Double tapping option doesn't show up for me in app settings.
