I am using Adobe Fresco on a Surface Pro 6. I am subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps package, so I have the full version of Adobe Fresco.
Under the export menu, the timeline export option is sometimes there, sometimes not. I can not determine what conditions make it available, and what conditions make it not available. It's essentially random.
Is there some setting or condition I need to meet for timeline export and preview to be available? Or is this just a bug?
Hi Dave,
Based on this and your other post (https://community.adobe.com/t5/fresco/timelapse-shows-no-progress/m-p/11600387?page=1) it sounds like you're having a number of problems with timelapse. I'm sorry about that.
Please email me through Fresco's Report A Bug link (App Settings > Help > Support > Report A Bug) so I can see the device/app information that auto-populates it. (That information is extremely helpful to the engineers when troubleshooting.)

When you write there, also include any one of your incomplete timelapse files and its corresponding PSD.
You don't have to repeat any of this; I'll connect your email with this information.

Sue,
Thanks for responding.
The other day I had a long, (and to be honest, somewhat frustrating) text chat with Adobe support, and in the end, it seems that the file I was testing with might have had some errors. At this point in time, it seems that the timelapse export function is now consistently available, but I simply can't get the historical data on the file I was testing with. Adobe Support was not able to offer any explanation as to why this file was faulty, so I have no assurance it can't happen again.
However, I am aware that Fresco is new and still somewhat buggy, so I have decided to let this go for now. If it happens again with new files, I will report again then.

OK, please let us know if you start having trouble with it again.
