tracing

I've seen a couple of articles that refer to tracing an image in fresco.  The problem is none of them say exactly how to do it.Is there a link where I can learn the process.

i looked at the link. What i'm looking for is a way to import a canvas with
a tracing on it to a digital canvas. I thought I read were a document can
be imported and actually sit on the canvas.
