Adobe 2019 Apps update

The new version of Lightroom classic CC is available but I have a message, saying I have to update my operating system to windows 10 version 1703 or later...… ?    My windows 10 is already updated to version 1803 ?

where do I go from here ???

try updating to the most recent win 10 version.
