Adobe Application Manager stuck in Sign-In loop

Hi. My Lightroom Classic CC app is not getting past the Adobe Application Manager "Sign In Required" prompt. When I open the app, the Adobe Application Manager prompts me with a "Sign In Required" message as my Adobe ID without a password field. When I select "Sign In", the program validates my Adobe ID with a confirmation screen saying "Thank You" and that my Creative Cloud Photography plan will not be licensed to my Adobe ID. Upon clicking "Continue," Lightroom Classic CC does not open and the Application Manager prompts me again with the "Sign In Required" message and continues to cycle through the two messages until I quit the application. Furthermore, all of the apps I am licensed to use appear as "Start Trial" instead of "Open" under the Adobe Creative Cloud application library. All of my apps have been updated and there are no pending updates for the Creative Cloud Manager.

Sorry about your problem. Please look into this: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

If that does not help, please give information about your OS and version.
