Adobe Portfolio - NAV BAR (navigation)

Is there a way to make the navigation bar sticky in all of the themes? I see how to do it (there is a button to click) in the Marta theme but not Thomas. Also, can you change the justification of the nav bar links in Marta? Really frustrating that these changes aren't universal.

Short answer: No. 

All themes have a fixed navigation on mobile devices.  Only certain Portfolio Themes support fixed navigation on desktops.  This is by design.
