Adobe premiere elements 14 wrong serial number

I got my serial number last week and have been trying to install photoshop elements all week. Upon research I find out my serial number is suppose to be all numbers, not numbers and alpha letters. How do I get the correct serial number?

It is possible you have a redemption code rather than a serial number - if you purchased it from a store then it is likely.  A redemption code is used to acquire a serial number.

If that is not the case then maybe you are looking at the wrong code.

Find your serial number
