Hello,
I while back I purchased a copy of Macromedia MX2004 and then purchased an upgrade to Adobe Web premium CS3. I have used in the past both products and registered and activated them without any problems. After not using the software for sometime I decided to install the upgrade Adobe web premium cs3 software on a new machine. The PC however does not have an internet connection so I am struggelling to register and activate the product. I have tried ringing the activation number however am told it no longer supports tel activation and these products. I have both serial numbers for MX2004 and indeed the upgrade CS3 product however cannot use them until I get an authorisation code. I cannot do this as the PC I have installed the product on does not have an internet connection ??!
Can anyone help ?
Thanks in advance.
All is good. Thanks all for the replies. I got some misinformation from one of the customer service agents. It was a bit tricky, but it's up and running.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues. There might be a problem even in that because CS3 and earlier products are no longer supported by Adobe Support. Still you might find someone who is willing to help if they are able to do anything.
Here is a link to a page with options to help make contact:

Mav_422 is it possible for you to move the computer to a location which does have Internet connection long enough to activate the software? Also do you have a case number from your interaction with our support team which I can reference?

I just chatted with someone online about this. I find it very hard to believe I can no longer use my CS3 all due to a hard drive failure. Does Adobe offer any deals on upgrades due to their lack of support of the program I have used for so long and so well?

What causes you to conclude that you cannot use the CS3 software any longer? If you get a new harddrive for the same machine you should be able to reinstall. If you get a new machine there is a possibility you can get CS3 running on it, but no promises since newer system can outgrow older software.

Thanks, Ned. I spoke with someone else at Adobe who then directed me to someone else ... I MIGHT be in luck. The activation code they gave me over the phone still didn't work so I had to download CS3 from a web page. Now after all that downloading, I can't seem to get it to open. I don't know why I would have had to uninstall to reinstall off the internet. ... to be continued.
PS. Know how I open the download? The usual didn't seem to stick.

Daveharr1s0n I have verified you have additional activation remaining for Creative Suite 3 Web Standard. I also show that you activated multiple times yesterday.
What specific error are you receiving when you try to open your Creative Suite 3 applications? Also which specific applications are affected?
