Cant use lightroom and photoshop. I have been a member over 2 years

I have been using lightroom and photoshop over 2 years of paid membership.  No problems.  Today I go use both of them and both tell me I need to use the free trial for 7 days.  Why?  I am a paid subscriber..  I dont get it and it is frustrating.  Please help
