dmg "image not recognized"

Hello,

I just got a new Macbook and I am trying to install CS6 Master Collection from this link: Download Creative Suite 6 applications

But whenever I download the .dmg and try to mount it with EITHER diskimagemounter or disk utility, I get an error that says that the "image not recognized".

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?! I'm not really sure how to get around this...anyone experienced this before?
