Download Photoshop cc trial?

I am unable to download Photoshop cc trial. I have signed in, shut down all antivirus and firewalls and bypassed router. It just keeps askink if I want to retry.

Which operating system do you have?

Are you using Creative cloud app to download Photoshop CC? if no, download CC app via https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try to download.

Check Connectivity issues via http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

If that doesn't work then try to download via http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html and choose Photoshop from the list. (Read Very important instructions from there). Download it as a Trial and activate by signing in there.

Thanks for the reply and help. I discovered the problem, it is a bug in IE 9. Thank you Bill Gates.
