Erro 1: Creative cloud unable to install

I'm really, really REALLY sick of getting this message!!!
I'm a prospective custumes of Adobe Creative Cloud and i am not even able to install this s* on my computer to use the trail!!!
There is no means of contact besides this forum which i find greatly offensive, Adobe should treat their prospective custumers better!!!!!! MUCH BETTER
I have tried to install the adobe creative cloud several times on my windows 8, i have tried every kind of suggestions you may think of that i've found online.
I followed the guidelines on adobe help pages, didnt help at all (i've installed the adobe clean tool and ran it more times than i can count)
I've searched a huge ammount of forums regarding this problem, nothing seems to solve it.

What pisses me off is that i really need to make it work because there is no other tool that is as good as the ones from adobe, maybe that's the reason why they think they can not give enough or at all support for their prospective costumers!!!

I need someone to guide me and help me fix it asap!

Sorry lol .

Step 1 :

Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ " Common Files" \Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Step 2:

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [**important]

Step 3 :

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.

Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

appdata

Then navigate to Local>Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

Step 4 :

Make sure Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed under Control Panel > Program and Features. list.

Then try to install Creative Cloud application .

Let me know if you face error again .

Klappt leider nicht, lässt sich nicht löschen. Problem besteht weiter hin, was ist das nur für eine schlechte Qualität kein anderes Produkt braucht so lange für ein Update und produziert solche Fehler....    Das Monopol wird wieder man ausgenutzt
