Hi Indra,
I assume you are trying to install a trial version. Follow the below steps:
Error 101/102 normally appear when the the installer is unable to extract the files.
This could be due to a corrupt/incomplete download, the installer trying to extract at a location it does not have permissions to, or just plain permissions issue.
Also see, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html for help with Error 101 and 102.
1. Ensure that you're downloading to a writeable user location, and not to "Program Files" or Applications" folders
2. Try solution 1 and restart the download
3. Try solution 2 to clear some space if you're running low
4. Ensure that you're logged in with Admin privileges
Alternately you can follow the steps listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to initiate a direct download, and then procees to install.
Regards,
Jairaj

Now it finalizes the download, but gives this error:
Error 101, check for available disc space." I have much, much disc space available, so this is wrong.
when I go to C:\adobe\CS6 Master Collection, there is a completed .rar file
but when I try to extract it I get error
"archive is corrupt."
I did not download to Programs Files.
I have had to restart this download 5 times, due to the program getting stuck at the end of the download, not moving from "download is almost complete, less than a minute," staying there for hours, and then failing. Each time the download fails, I must start the download from scratch, as it does not auto save.
I was really excited about being able to try this expensive product out, before makinga big investment.
This whole experience is leaving me with very bad feelings.
Thank you.
