I started using Photoshop and Premier Pro some years ago and am constantly applying them. I like simplest and comfort of using them. But recently on the 7.08.2016 the payment for products (Photoshop and Premier Pro) was made and the programs didn’t work and they still have not worked. At the beginning they didn’t update and I applied to the support service. I had been waited for the answer for 2-3 hours (in the chat), then was distracted for 10 minutes. The girl (consultant, operator) answered immediately and closed the chat. Then I got an e-mail with a manual how to delete and reinstall the programs. I did all the operations according to received manual, but… now the paid programs even don’t install, when am trying to install them, it’s being reported about having an error and there appear the text on a screen:
Exit Code: 146
------------------------------------— Summary —----------------------------------—
- 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 1 warnings(s)
FATAL: Error (Code = 146) executing in command 'MoveDirectoryCommand' for package: 'AdobePreview1.2.0All-win64', version:1.2.0
FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobePreview1.2.0All-win64 Version: 1.2.0). Error code: '146'
WARN: Failed to move directory 'C:\adobeTemp\ETR7F9F.tmp\1\Application\preview.generate' to 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC\Generator\preview20155.generate'
How can I be connected with a specialist (an operator or manager) to solve the problem?
Can the money be returned back?
