Error -411 installing CC 2014 - tomaxxiVARIprocessor

I get an error from the CC-desktop app:

Can't install tomaxxiVARIprocessor. Need an compatible CC-app (error -411)

(free translation from out of Dutch)

Does anybody knows how to solve this problem?

Were you able to use CC Desktop apps before on the same machine?

Does the system meet the minimum system requirements : System requirements | Creative Cloud

Please check the KB : Error downloading Creative Cloud applications

Yes I had everything: CC apps and CC 2014 apps.

Now I only can run CS6.

I can't install ether CC and CC 2014

I'm having an issue installing the ArcGISMaps for Adobe Creative Cloud using the Extension Manager Command Line. It's giving me the same error -411. Any ideas on what the cause is?
