Have repeated attempted to install Creative Suite 5.5 and get the following errors

Any ideas anyone?

Hey Ned, thanks much for your time.   I disabled nearly every service other than adobe, restarted, reinstalled and still got the following.  It is a little different this time...

CitizenAmerica you have several file permission issues in the portion of the log which you have posted.  Please see Error "Exit 6" or "Exit 7" | Install log | Read, write, system file errors | CS5, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-exit-6-exit-7.html for information on how to adjust your file permissions.

To identify the specific locations you need to adjust the file permissions you will want to review your installation logs in their entirety.  You can find details on how to accomplish this at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.

Finally here is an example of what you are looking for in regards to a permissions failure:
