Hi,

My credit card details were used for fraudulent subscription to your Stock Photos product.

I received a monthly billing for 36,29 eur / month on 13 FEB 2020.

I have never signed up for this.

After the first payment on 13 FEB 2020, I have instructed my bank the cancel the CC as I did not use your services.

Please help me in canceling my current subscription and also reimburse me the first charges of 36,29EUR.

Regards,

Arlette Geeraerts

Contact your bank and or credit card company. Your CC numbers have been stolen. This has nothing to do with Adobe.

You need to dispute the charges with your bank and or CC company and get a new CC number.
