I am trying to install creative cloud on my laptop windows 10. When I install it at 57% an error shows up saying error code c306. I already tried the troubleshooter from adobe and nothing seems to work. Did anyone have a problem like that?

I would suggest a complete and clean reinstallation.
Please follow the steps below:
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
