Lightroom 3.6 compatible with Windows 10?

Are Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 3.6 compatible with Windows 10 Home 64-bit?  I am currently running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and am on the fence about the OS upgrade.

May work, may not... but NOT tested or supported by Adobe, so proceed at your own risk of problems

An idea that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10... works for some, not for others
