bersselj,

We need a bit more information to be able to offer you any help.

Were you previously able to sync your files? What do you see in the Files panel of the Creative Cloud desktop application? Are you able to view your files using the website at http://creative.adobe.com/files? Have you tried syncing on more than one machine, for example a work computer and a home computer?

Regards,

Ben

I know I'm a little late to the party on this topic, but, I'm having this same issue.  I stumbled on this thread in a search.  I'm using OS X Yosemite (clean install as of five days ago, clean install of all Adobe CC apps, everything).  Previously, I had no CC syncing issues.  Now, in the Assets tab in the CC Desktop App, it has been displaying "Syncing" perpetually and will not stop.  I am certain this is causing other memory or bandwidth leaks but the main problem is I cannot sync with my assets or preferences, etc.

I DID notice that when I go to my CC Assets ONLINE (http://creative.adobe.com/files) they do not match up with the CC folder on my Desktop.

Definitely need some help setting this straight.

Thanks

jonesology,

Could you send us your log files so that we can investigate further? Please zip up the entire 'CoreSync' folder at the location below and send it to me at bmordue@adobe.com.

Mac:

/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync

Windows:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync

'Library' on Mac and 'AppData' on Windows are both hidden folders. Please read these pages for help on showing these folders:

http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/show-hidden-files-folders-extensions.html (Win)

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html (Mac)

Thanks,

Ben

Ben,

Thank you for your prompt reply.  I completely forgot, I purchased another Mac about a month ago which is using my second CC license and is basically dedicated to Lightroom usage.  I just checked THAT machine and it appears to be in sync, no problems.  However, my MAIN machine is not syncing.  Does this change anything?  Let me know and I will send you whatever you need, thank you for your help!

Hi Nick,

Thanks for the extra info. Having a second machine shouldn't stop you from syncing on the first, so that doesn't really change anything. We'll be able to find out more from looking at the logs from your main machine (where sync is not working).

Thanks,

Ben
