I have recently updated my copy of CC2015 to the latest version and it has well and truly screwed up my colour printing. It turns out that this is something that Adobe know about and are working on a fix; however in the meantime in order to get decent prints again I am advised to download the previous version and use that for my printing. Adobe provide pretty good instructions on how to do this but ( it's never as straightforward as you think) when I follow their instructions and go into the area in Creative Cloud \ Apps and into the section that says "Previous Versions" which is supposed to allow me to download my previous version, it's empty with no mention go either Photoshop or Lightroom. I then go down to the "Find Additional Apps" section and ask it to find all addition apps, i get a long list of all the Adobe software but no mention of Photoshop or Lightroom. In short I cannot find out how to download my previous version which is really hacking me off big time ( I'm trying very hard not to swear at this moment in time).
Has anyone any idea how I can get to download my previous version of Photoshop so that I can get some decent prints out of this.
Thanks of your help
George Gray

Downloadable installation files available:
Download and installation help for Adobe links
Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages. They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3. If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Hi Kglad
Thank you for for the feedback but unfortunately it didn’t help as I have tried to download CC2015 from the info given but I am advised that access is denied.
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/PHSP/16/win32/Photoshop_16_LS20_win32.7z?" on this server.

I should point out that I am “numptie” level computer skills. Can some body please advise on a very simple and straightforward method of downloading the previous version of CC 2015. 4 or 3 or whatever it was.
Thanks
George

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

Hi Thanks for coming back so quickly, however this seems to be taking me back to where I started and where my problems lies. Find below a screen shot of where I get to and you will note that under the "Previous Versions” section there is nothing to download accept bridge, so there is nothing for me to select. I do have the CC cookie in my toolbar. But I have been with CC for the past 2 years and the previous versions should have been listed here for me to download.
Thanks for your help

Thanks but I think we will end this conversation now. The simple fact is that I cannot get a download of my previous version, so the question is why am I paying for this piece of shit.
Thanks for you help but i’m afraid its of no use to me.
