"Vous n'avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications" Creative Cloud

Bonjour à tous, 

 

Lorsque je me connecte sur mon creative cloud et précisément sur la page "Applications" ce message apparaît : "Vous n'avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications. Pour gérer les applications, une autorisation de votre administateur informatique est peut-être requise".

 

J'ai parcouru de nombreux forums à ce sujet. J'ai essayé toutes ces solutions :

- créer un nouveau compte et essayer via ce compte ECHEC

- réparer le creative cloud en le désinstallant ECHEC

- renommer les fichiers OOBE (je trouve le dossier OOBE mais pas les fichiers à renommer)

 

Je désespère...

Lulu, the error you posted typically occurs if the ability to install applications has been restricted on the computer. I am showing you just purchased an individual membership for InDesign CC.  Are you installing InDesign CC on a computer, and network, that you own and maintain?  If so, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/apps-tab-missing.html for steps you can take to restore the ability to install CC applications.

J'ai suivi votre client et il m'indique sur la page aide qu'il faut vérifier si l'admin nous donne l'accès, or l'admin c'est moi..

Je suis vraiment perdue..

J'ai excactement le même problème. Mon administrateur informatique ne parvient pas non plus à résoudre le problème.

Mon compte est "ok", l'abonnement est "ok", je peux voir la liste des applications dans l'interface sur le web, mais impossible de télécharger les applications.

Je suis sur Mac OS Catalina 10.15.3

Cela fait plusieurs semaines que nous essayons, sans succès.

I am sorry, Thibe1403, but if you have not been given sufficient access then you will be unable to install Adobe software.  Please use your Creative Cloud membership on a computer where you do have sufficient access.

Je ne sais pas si je dois rire ou pleurer en lisant une telle réponse...

 

Bref: j'utilise mon ordinateur PROFESSIONNEL pour avoir accès à Adobe CC.

 

J'ai les accès "administrateur" de mon ordinateur. Les informaticiens eux-mêmes ne comprennent pas. Il doit y avoir un bug?? 

 

D'autant qu'apparemment, je ne suis pas le seul à avoir ce souci.

C'est juste affligeant.

I have searched in other related subjects here.

The problem was not my computer.

The problem was in the config file!!!

The file containe "flase" in place of "true" --> several months to solve this issue...

 

Now: it works!

For future viewers of this public forum discussion please see the help document that is referenced in the correct answer for steps you can take to resolve the error on the computer.  If the computer is owned by an organization then please contact your I.T. department as the inability to install applications may be by design.

Dans "mon" cas, c'est celui-ci (voir le chemin complet) - mais comme l'a écrit Jeff, il est sans doute préférable de suivre une solution plus "orthodoxe" (je ne suis qu'un utilisateur, pas un membre de l'équipe d'Adobe, je préfère le préciser - bref, ceci n'engage que moi et mon expérience)

bonjour mennioo, ça fait une heure que je cherche dans toutes les bibliothèques mac (je suis sous Sierra 10.12.6) avec l'exemple de thibe14 mais je ne trouve toujours pas le fichier config ... nul part.. c'est très frustrant pourrais-tu m'expliquer dans laquelle des 3 bibliothèques tu as cherché? Disque dur, Systeme ou Utilisateur?
