We have our iMac partitioned for two users. My wife cannot open any CS 2020 Apps. When trying, a dialog box appears saying "Your trial has ended" and you need to buy a license. On my side, I can open all 2020 Apps without any problem. With our 2017 and 2018 Apps, there is no problem and never has been. I've tried signing us both out and back in without any success. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Do you each have separate Adobe IDs? Or are you trying to share a single Adobe ID/subscription?

We both have Adobe IDs.

I was just now able to sign in as myself on both sides simultaneously.

Maybe that's what it took.

She was signing in as herself, but we purchased the license as me.

The Adobe ID is

(a) the only way of checking the subscription - so the ID you are signed in with must have a subscription

(b) according to the EULA, not for sharing with anyone (at least for retail product).
